Plush You olympic challenge....plush, Catagory: Figure Skating ( I GOT THE BRONZE!!!)

Name: Double take

Size: Height = 17"

length = 15"
Materials = misc fabric, faux fur, hand painted face on canvas, poly fill stuffing

He's a little tricky one. He's double sided, so it looks like 2 plushes, but it is just one. Each side pulling off a different figure skating move. The mirror pictures help show it.
The top is silky pink with glitter (that got everywhere) the pants and horns, although they appear more brown in the picture, are a nice plum with pink pinstripes, and faux fur trim. He's meant to hang from the ceiling, so as he spins you can see both sides.

New Deer

My latest creation. Had to hand sew most of this guy. its about 12 - 13 inches tall tip of antler to feet.

ITS BEGUN!

This is my deer prototype. still some kinks to work out but all in all I'm happy with it. The eyes are even custom! A buddy of mine made me a mould of the size eye I wanted and now I can pour and make my own! The plan is to make some cool irises and what have you. More to come...

The deer is about 13 inches tall and 6 inches wide.

Designer Plush dolls, 3 season Scarves, and screen printed T-shirts for a reasonable price. We plan on doing a lot more with the space and items. Our next special reception is August 8th.

Here are some pics of the store.

Our store is also has a work area, where we do commission/free lance/and our own art work

Shot of some artwork by N.C Winters, amazing stuff I really like his style. ( if interested in his work feel free to contact me at 773-807-5254) Also a shot of some of the dolls I handmade and the 3 season scarves.

Here is a closer shot of the dolls I made for our store, ( and some handmade 3 season scarves). I sold 2 of them so far, sadly I forgot to take pictures of them.

This is our T-shirt wall, we have hand screen printed men and woman's t-shirts for $15 and plain tees for $10.

This is what we call the "rise wall" behind the walls is our work stations. We originally just got the space as an art studio and it had more space then we could use so we figured we try and open a store.

Here's a close up shot of my painting. I wish i could have painted more, but i was pretty busy with just making plushes and such.

Joshua Clay did a live painting the day of the opening, we raffled it off at the end of the night.
